Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Managing Broker & Vice President Anita Bell on being named the 2009 Realtor of the Year by the Crittenden County Board of Realtors. Her selection is based on tremendous community involvement and service to the local board of Realtors.

“I am both deeply humbled and tremendously elated being selected Realtor of the Year for 2009,” said Anita. “I love Crittenden County and helping to make it a better place to live has always been my desire… and honestly I really was so surprised and I’m moved that my peers have selected me for such an honor.”

With Crye-Leike, Anita is a Managing Broker based out of the company’s West Memphis/Marion branch office located at 1225 Highway 77 in Marion, Arkansas. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 1987 – Anita has spent the past 22 years assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and serving her fellow Realtors through good times and challenging housing markets.

“This honor is not something that I will take lightly,” said Anita. “Looking back at previous Realtor of the Year recipients, I have pretty big shoes to fill.”

Anita’s community service currently has her Chairing the Foundation Board at Crittenden Regional Hospital and active as a member of the West Memphis Rotary Club and Good Neighbor Center Board. She is a former board member of the Mid South Community College and Chair of the Crittenden County Heart Gala and Relay for Life. Awards Gala To Recognize Top Producers, Agents and Employees For Sales and Service At The Memphis Regional Headquarters

Crye-Leike, REALTORS will roll out the red carpet providing star treatment to its devoted agents and employees on Tuesday, May 19th in the company’s Memphis Regional Headquarters Office located at 6525 Quail Hollow Road.

The screen writer, director, and producer of this Blockbuster Hollywood style event is Crye-leike’s Regional Headquarters Quail Hollow Managing Broker Landis Foy. He leads the office on a daily basis and now is motivating his focus team of outstanding agents and employees who have worked together planning the entire event.

“A stretch limousine will pick up the award recipients and bring them to the front of our building at 10:45 where they will be pinned with a carnation and interviewed over a public address system so everyone can hear their comments,” said Foy. “They will then walk on our 50 foot red carpet and make their way to the second floor for the awards ceremony where each person will be recognized in a very special and personal way.”

The event will honor Crye-Leike’s top multi-million dollar producers with the company’s Multi-Million Dollar Club Award. Agents and Employees who have served Crye-Leike for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years will be presented with a company service award.

“This is our office’s Annual Awards Gala where we will honor the most recent Multi-Million Dollar Club members from first year to new life members plus pay tribute to the 62 existing life members of our Multi-Million Dollar Club,” said Foy. “We will also present service awards recognizing our Agents and Employees for their continuous dedicated commitment to Crye-Leike providing excellent service to all of our real estate clients.”

Following the awards ceremony, everyone in attendance will be treated to a delicious catfish luncheon with hushpuppies, French fries, cole slaw and desserts prepared by Crye-Leike’s Insurance department and the Quail Hollow office’s Sunshine Committee.

Crye-Leike, REALTORS Congratulates Affiliate Broker Frances Anderson named 2008 Realtor Associate of the Year by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors

Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to announce Affiliate Broker Frances Anderson has been named the 2008 Realtor Associate of the Year by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR). She was presented with the honor at the Annual MAAR Awards Luncheon. Frances was also the recipient of the Welcome Home Memphis Certification for Fair and Affordable Housing.

“I was truly surprised when I received the Realtor Associate of the Year 2008 award,” said Frances. “I feel so humbled by the experience but mostly to know that I have the trust and respect from my peers is a great compliment.”

Each year the MAAR president and board members identify one Realtor who has demonstrated outstanding service and performance within the association and Realtor profession. As the recipient of the Welcome Home Memphis (WHM) certification, Frances successfully completed 20 hours of education on selling affordable housing as defined by the Tennessee Housing Development Authority (THDA) and volunteered at least four hours with a nonprofit affordable housing provider in the community.

“I have always strived to help others and put myself in the place of what is the best situation for me to excel in,” said Frances. “I credit my success in real estate to my devoted and supportive husband and my family and having a wonderful managing broker who told me when I started in the business to get involved at MAAR. The award and recognition is confirmation of that.”
